ACT WORK READY COMMUNITY

Leake County is a certified ACT Work Ready Community and is actively engaged in maintaining our status.

The ACT Work Ready Community Program is a coordinated effort to ensure our employers know about the advantages of hiring National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) holders, and it is a methodical process to encourage our residents to take the ACT WorkKeys assessment so that they can document their skill sets to employers.
